As an adult student, you wear many hats: parent, spouse, student, family member, and employee. It can be difficult. What can you do if you feel overwhelmed? How can you handle anxiety and stress? What are some practical tips to manage symptoms? How can you identify the signs of depression? How do you know when to get help from a professional? Get answers to these and more questions. What adult students need to know!
